Bubba’s River Café at Six Flags Fiesta Texas to Be Reimagined as New Taco Bell Location
April 1, 2026 | Park News
San Antonio, TX — April 1, 2026 — Six Flags Entertainment Corporation today announced an exciting dining transformation at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, where the longtime guest favorite Bubba’s River Café will be reimagined into a vibrant new location featuring Taco Bell.
This change is part of the park’s ongoing efforts to enhance the guest experience by introducing more widely recognized dining options alongside its existing offerings. The new Taco Bell location will bring fan-favorite menu items—including tacos, burritos, and signature beverages—to guests looking for quick, familiar, and flavorful meals during their visit.
“While Bubba’s River Café has been a cherished part of the park for many years, we are continually evolving to meet the tastes and preferences of today’s guests,” said a park spokesperson. “What better way to beat the heat than with classic Taco Bell staples, such as the Beefy 5 Layer Burrito and Cheesy Gordita Crunch? Our park’s team can’t wait for the debut of Taco Bell!”
Construction on the new restaurant has already begun, with a grand opening planned for later this season. During the transition, alternative dining locations throughout the park will remain open to serve guests.
Six Flags emphasized that the redesign will incorporate updated seating, improved counter flow, and several private restrooms to ensure guests can continue enjoying their favorite rides with little interruption.
Fans of Bubba’s River Café can find similar menu items at other locations around the park, including Johnny Rockets, Fatburger and Pete’s Eats.
