Holiday in the Park returns to Fiesta Texas beginning on November 19. New for this year is the Holiday Market, which features several interactive activities, visits with Santa Claus and hearty food offerings. Many favorite classics, such as the Majesty of Christmas, the Taste of Holiday in the Park Food Festival and the Rockville Christmas Tree, also make their return.
Six Flags Announces Q3 2022 Performance, Amends Cooperation Agreement with H Partners
Total revenue for third quarter 2022 decreased $133 million, or 21%, compared to third quarter 2021, driven by lower attendance partially offset by higher per capita spending. The lower attendance was driven by an increase in ticket prices and elimination of free tickets and heavily-discounted product offerings.

Siebert is far from the mindset of running a park from behind a desk. Out on the frontlines, he is continuously seen throughout the park. Ride Spotlight - Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger at Six Flags Fiesta Texas
Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger, the world's steepest B&M dive coaster, officially opened on July 30, 2022 at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. The park's 11th roller coaster, Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger reaches speeds of 60 miles per hour and a height of 150 feet. Riders are hung over the attraction's 95-degree first drop before plummeting down and into two inversions.
Dr. D's Cliffhanger Indoor Queue Walk-Through, Fright Fest Setup Begins

Fiesta Texas Announces Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger Exclusive Ride Times for Pass Holders
Today, Fiesta Texas announced dates and times for pass holder exclusive ride time on their all-new Dr. Diabolical’s Cliffhanger roller coaster. Beginning Friday, July 29, various pass and membership levels will be able to take advantage of exclusive ride time slots over the span of a week. Dr. Diabolical’s Cliffhanger, a record-breaking attraction, will be the park’s 11th roller coaster.
Six Flags Fiesta Texas' 30th Anniversary Scavenger Hunt Adventure!
In 2022, Six Flags Fiesta Texas celebrates their 30th anniversary! On top of mini museums, then and now displays and special events, the park also features a 30th Anniversary Scavenger Hunt activity. Participants work their way through the park, finding ten 30th icons to match up with stickers. Each scavenger hunt also comes with two 30th anniversary collectible pins.

Today, Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger completed its first test run! When the dive coaster opens, it'll feature a 95-degree first drop, a height of 150 feet, top speeds of 60 miles per hour and 2 inversions. An opening date is coming soon.
Dr. D's Cliffhanger Block Brake Climb, Walking the Train Tracks | Roller Coaster Rodeo Day 3
Day three of Roller Coaster Rodeo at Fiesta Texas features an exclusive block brake climb of the upcoming Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger roller coaster. Next, participants walked the tracks of the Fiesta Texas Railroad to catch a unique view of the park, including an adventure through the quarry wall tunnel.
Dr. D's Cliffhanger Construction Tour, Queue Design & Theming Reveal | Roller Coaster Rodeo Day 2
Day two of Roller Coaster Rodeo was jam-packed with full-park ERT, meals and a behind-the-scenes construction tour and queue design and theming reveal! We take a journey into the construction zone of Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger for a close-up look at the ride structure. Afterwards, we head to Zaragoza Theatre for an exciting reveal of the new coaster's theming and queue design.

Day one of Fiesta Texas' Roller Coaster Rodeo enthusiast event kicks off with a presentation inside Zaragoza Theatre with Jeffrey Siebert, the park's president. We learn about several updates currently taking place in the park, along with plans coming in 2023. Finally, we wrap up night one with a spooky Fright Nights reception.

Construction continues on Fiesta Texas' newest high-thrill roller coaster, Dr. Diabolical's Cliffhanger. The attraction's outdoor queue and station have begun to take shape. We also head over to Sangerfest Halle to check out more enhancements to the dining location's ongoing remodel and much more.
In-Depth Review of Fiesta Texas' 30th Anniversary Festival
The 30th Anniversary Festival, which celebrates Six Flags Fiesta Texas' 30th birthday, takes place now through May 30. On top of then and now displays and mini museums, the event also features the 30th Anniversary Food Festival and the return of historical shows. Join us as we try out the festival's food offerings and experience the return of Rockin' at Rockville High.
