Celebrate spring at Fiesta Texas with ¡Viva la Fiesta! Taking place March 29 to April 28, the event features vibrant decor and photo opportunities throughout the park, authentic mariachi music, themed live entertainment and the Taste of ¡Viva la Fiesta! food festival.

Construction progress continues on Fiesta Texas' 2024 ride additions, along with the general retheme and expansion of the DC Universe park area. Fiesta Texas is hard at work on the transformation of preexisting rides for their new DC Universe area. Recently, Six Flags Fiesta Texas unveiled two new offerings at their park with the ESIX Gaming complex and the VIP Lounge. ESIX Gaming at Six Flags Fiesta Texas is a state-of-the-art esports concept, in collaboration with Coca-Cola and IGN, located in the park’s Los Festivales section. It features a 5v5 event stage format, Razer gaming stations, gaming consoles, live streaming abilities, full-service bar and more. Upstairs, guests can find the VIP Lounge, which features more lounge areas, balcony views of the park, a second bar and light refreshments.

2023 projects are in full force at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Recently, it was announced that, along with several new children's slides, the park's connected waterpark would also be rebranded. Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the Thrill Capital of South Texas, announces the return of the spectacular New Orleans-style celebration, the Mardi Gras Festival. Each operating day through February 26, Six Flags Fiesta Texas will “let the good times roll” as it transforms into a Texas version of downtown New Orleans, complete with beautifully adorned parade floats, special live entertainment, Mardi Gras-themed park décor and classic Cajun cuisine.

Holiday in the Park returns to Fiesta Texas beginning on November 19. New for this year is the Holiday Market, which features several interactive activities, visits with Santa Claus and hearty food offerings. Many favorite classics, such as the Majesty of Christmas, the Taste of Holiday in the Park Food Festival and the Rockville Christmas Tree, also make their return.

Total revenue for third quarter 2022 decreased $133 million, or 21%, compared to third quarter 2021, driven by lower attendance partially offset by higher per capita spending. The lower attendance was driven by an increase in ticket prices and elimination of free tickets and heavily-discounted product offerings.
