The Twister Closed for Season, Not Returning in 2019
Six Flags Fiesta Texas announced this weekend that The Twister is closed for the remainder of the 2018 season. Why? It is being removed and will no longer be part of the park's flat ride line-up for the 2019 season and beyond.
These aren't the only known removals coming to the park for 2019. Both the Spassburg basketball game and a section of the Spassburg games midway area will also be removed at the end of the season.
We expect these removals to be part of the park's 2019 season plans of a potential new attraction or remodel of the area in general. Make sure to check back with us here at SFFT Source as we will post more information once it unfolds.

Oktoberfest has returned to Six Flags Fiesta Texas on select dates through October 26. Spassburg is your hub for all things Oktoberfest with speciality food offerings, beverages and live entertainment.
