Texas-Shaped Wave Pool
In 1999, Six Flags was making huge changes around Fiesta Texas with the addition of numerous rides and attractions. They were bound and determined to make a "huge splash" and they certainly did. Paying tribute to the state of Texas, Six Flags unveiled a large Texas-shaped wave pool called Lone Star Lagoon in Fiesta Texas' water park section. This huge pool continues to operate today and is one of the most well-known visual representations of the park.
