July 4th Fest Begins Today
July 4th Fest, Six Flags Fiesta Texas’ Independence Day celebration, begins today, July 3, and operates through July 6. The All American Food Festival will run from July 3 until July 9, longer than the July 4th Fest event. Below is a quick run-down of event offerings.
New for 2019
The All American Food Festival has moved to the park’s Crackaxle Canyon section.
The food festival will include new food options, as well as wine and over 100 craft beers.
The daily foam party has also moved to Crackaxle Canyon and will take place multiple times throughout the day.
Returning for 2019
The All American Food Festival, listed above, returns with an expanded drink menu and new food options from July 3 to July 9.
The daily foam party is now open to all guests and not part of a VIP package.
The Coca-Cola Cool Zone returns to Crackaxle Canyon with interactive games, swag giveaways, and more.
The patriotic fireworks display, which can be seen from Lone Star Lil’s Amphitheater, returns nightly from July 3 to July 6.

Oktoberfest has returned to Six Flags Fiesta Texas on select dates through October 26. Spassburg is your hub for all things Oktoberfest with speciality food offerings, beverages and live entertainment. Der Wurst Band and the Beer Tapping Ceremony highlight the area's ambiance, while craft beers, bratwurst and other German fare can be enjoyed along the pathways. We also venture around the park to check out changes and updates heading into the fall season.
